1 How to Delete Your Data
We respect your right to delete your personal data. You can request data deletion by following these steps:
- 1 Log in to your CubeConnect account
- 2 Go to Settings (Profile) from the sidebar menu
- 3 Click "Request Account Deletion" at the bottom of the Account tab and confirm
2 Data That Will Be Deleted
- Personal account information (name, email, phone number)
- Message logs and conversations
- Contacts and associated data
- Message templates and auto-replies
- Account settings and preferences
3 Data We May Retain
We may retain certain data as required by legal and regulatory obligations:
- Billing and payment records (as required by tax regulations and e-commerce law)
- Security logs for a limited period (90 days)
4 Your Data Protection Rights
Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL), you have the following rights:
- Right of Access: You can request a copy of all your personal data stored with us
- Right to Rectification: You can update your personal data at any time from account settings
- Right to Erasure: You can request deletion of all your data (subject to legal requirements)
- Right to Data Portability: You can request an export of your data in a readable format
- Right to Object: You can object to processing of your data for marketing purposes
5 Request Processing Timeline
Your request will be reviewed within a maximum of 30 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once the deletion process is complete. You can re-register at any time after deletion.
To request data deletion, log in to your account and go to Settings.
